We are very excited to be returning to Cheltenham Town Hall for a Christmas Choral Celebration of Stagecoach voices. Again we shall be celebrating the festive season with this Seasonal Event .

Cheltenham’s beautiful Town Hall will host this extravagant event and will again give opportunity for your Student’s Parents to join us for not only a wonderful evening of entertainment but also a two course meal.

You will receive an Event Agreement and Invoice in July 2018 and once these are paid and returned your Event Pack will be issued containing all the details.

DATE: Sunday 8th December 2019

VENUE: Cheltenham Town Hall

STUDENT NUMBERS: 12 to 25 Students

ARRIVAL TIME: 9.30am or 10.00am for Registration

WHAT IS INCLUDED: 1 x 5 minute performance on stage plus 4 massed choir pieces introduced and lead by our talented Compere. and a Finale for All.

COSTS: £125.00 per student which includes: An exciting Day at the Cheltenham Town Hall preparing for the evening performance, a workshop, a t-shirt, a souvenir programme and two tickets to watch the evening’s entertainment which will include a two course dinner for two.

You will receive an Event Sign-up Agreement and an Invoice for the deposit in July 2018 and once this is paid and returned your Event Pack will be issued containing further details. 

All Deposits are non-refundable and Non-transferable. 

On completion of this booking you are agreeing to take up a place for your school at this event. If you wish to withdraw at any point please refer to your Event Sign-Up Agreement and ensure you inform the Events Team of your decision.

Event Pack

Once your deposit has been paid an Event Pack containing the information you will need to put together all elements of your Showcase will be sent to you, via email. All we ask in return is that you meet the deadlines required. The deadlines are important to ensure our department can meet your expectations on the day of the Show.
