The festival has just a few rules: 

• Tickets are non-refundable
• Tickets are non-transferable
• Under 16s must be accompanied by a paying adult.
• No dogs permitted on site except guide dogs
• Only food and drink purchased on site may be consumed on site
• Day tickets are valid till 6pm (5pm on Monday) and do not include access to the evening sessions of the Exeter Beats Music Festivals in Exeter Castle. 
• Exeter Beats tickets allow access to the features in Northernhay Gardens from 4-6pm.
