We are really excited to be returning to Birmingham Symphony Hall in July 2020 for an Evening with Rodgers and Hammerstein. Once again we will be joined by The Birmingham Youth Orchestra who will be bringing their 100 piece Orchestra to support us with this magnificent musical extravaganza.  

Birmingham’s stunning Symphony Hall will host this extravagant event and will once again give opportunity for our Students and their families to experience an evening of song from Musicals  such as Oklahoma, The King and I, South Pacific and The Sound of Music to name but a few!

DATE: Sunday 19th July 2020

VENUE: Birmingham Symphony Hall

STUDENT NUMBERS: 15 to 60 Students

ARRIVAL TIME: 9.30am or 10.00am for Registration

WHAT IS INCLUDED: 1 x 5 minute performance on stage plus 4 massed choir pieces introduced and lead by either our talented Compere or the Birmingham Youth Orchestra. There will also be a Finale for All to join in and enjoy.

DEPOSIT: £300 (This secures your place and is non-refundable) ( Pay only £50 to secure your place)

COSTS: £85.00 per student which includes: An exciting Day at the Symphony Hall preparing for the evening performance, massed choir workshop led by our Compere, a t-shirt, a souvenir programme and three tickets to watch the evening’s entertainment.

As this is such a special Event places will be limited and shall be offered on a first booked first served basis!

You will receive an Event Sign-up Agreement and an Invoice for the deposit in July 2019 and once this is paid and returned your Event Pack will be issued containing further details.

All Deposits are non-refundable and Non-transferable.

On completion of this booking you are agreeing to take up a place for your school at this event. If you wish to withdraw at any point please refer to your Event Sign-Up Agreement and ensure you inform the Events Team of your decision.

Event Pack

Once your deposit has been paid an Event Pack containing the information you will need to put together will be sent to you via email. All we ask in return is that you meet the deadlines required. The deadlines are important to ensure our department can meet your expectations on the day of the Show.
