Please see below details for the West End Live Event taking place on Sunday 8th November 2020 at Her Majesty’s Theatre in London’s West End.  

DATE: Sunday 8th November 2020

VENUE: Her Majesty’s Theatre, London

STUDENT NUMBERS: Minimum 16  Maximum 22

ARRIVAL TIME: 9.15am Act 1 or 12.15pm Act 2

PERFORMANCE:  7 minutes performance plus 1 minute introduction.

COSTS : Approx £105.00 per student which includes the event, 3 tickets, t-shirt and a Digital download via Vimeo.

You will receive an Event Sign-up Agreement and an Invoice for the deposit in July 2019 and once this is paid and returned your Event Pack will be issued containing further details.

All Deposits are non-refundable and Non-transferable.

On completion of this booking you are agreeing to take up a place for your school at this event. If you wish to withdraw at any point please refer to your Event Sign-Up Agreement and ensure you inform the Events Team of your decision.

Event Pack

Once your deposit has been paid an Event Pack containing the information you will need to put together all elements of your Showcase will be sent to you via email. All we ask in return is that you meet the deadlines required. The deadlines are important to ensure our department can meet your expectations on the day of the Show.
