We are very excited to be returning to Harrogate in 2020 for Christmas Choral Celebration. Once again in true Stagecoach style we will be celebrating the festive season with an elaborate Seasonal Event .

Harrogate’s stunning Royal Hall will host this extravagant event and will once again give an opportunity for your Student’s Parents to join us for not only a wonderful evening of song but also a two course meal.

DATE: Sunday 13th December 2020

VENUE: Royal Hall, Harrogate  

STUDENT NUMBERS: 18 to 25 Students

ARRIVAL TIME: 9.30am or 10.00am for Registration

WHAT IS INCLUDED: 1 x 5 minute performance on stage plus 4 massed choir pieces introduced and lead by our talented Compere, and a Finale for All.

DEPOSIT: £300 (This secures your place and is non-refundable)

COSTS: £85.00 per student which includes: An exciting Day at the Royal Hall preparing for the evening performance, a workshop, a t-shirt, a souvenir programme and two tickets to watch the evening’s entertainment.

There is also an option of dinner for Family and Friends. It will be charged at approximately £35.00 per head and will include a lovely 2 course dinner which will be served during the evening. This is a limited offer and will be available on a first booked first served basis!

You will receive an Event Sign-up Agreement and an Invoice for the deposit in July 2019 and once this is paid and returned your Event Pack will be issued containing further details.

All Deposits are non-refundable and Non-transferable.

On completion of this booking you are agreeing to take up a place for your school at this event. If you wish to withdraw at any point please refer to your Event Sign-Up Agreement and ensure you inform the Events Team of your decision.

Event Pack

Once your deposit has been paid an Event Pack containing the information you will need to put together all elements of your Showcase will be sent to you via email. All we ask in return is that you meet the deadlines required. The deadlines are important to ensure our department can meet your expectations on the day of the Show.
