All Deposits are non-refundable and Non-transferable.
On completion of this booking you are agreeing to take up a place for your school at this event. If you wish to withdraw at any point please ensure you inform the Events Team at Head Office.
Your Event Deposit invoice will be sent in July 2019. Deposits are non-refundable and must be paid as per the terms of the invoice. Failure to pay the deposit will mean your place will be offered to another school. We suggest you request a non refundable deposit from Students taking part. Not only will this offer you good Student retention it will also cover your initial deposit.
Twelve weeks before your Event you will be invoiced for the minimum student numbers minus your initial deposit, then the week before the Event you will receive a final invoice for any extra Students you may have recruited for your performance.
Up to twelve weeks before the event, there will be no cancellation charge, however please remember all deposits are non refundable. After the twelve week deadline there is a 50% cancellation fee and from 6 weeks before your Event there is a 100% cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is based on the minimum number of students required at your chosen Event.
