Performing Arts Development for 4-8 year olds
Sunday January 19th 2020
– Doors open at 10:30am
Coombes Community Centre - Royston
Let’s start at the very beginning… isn't that a song…???
Working musically with children between the ages of 4 and 6 is a joy. They are so hungry for stuff and love to join in learn and invent their own little creations. This workshop introduces some new materials that can steer children through a musical journey helping them to be melodic and strengthen their singing voices, be rhythmic and inventive with patterns and most importantly become creative little composers and inventors of material that us as adults could never in a million years have made up.
Be prepared to sing, move, invent and above all be silly!!!
Lunch and refreshments are provided for this workshop - please do stay for lunch to network with colleagues.
