Join Penshurst Place this Christmas for a brand new spectacular storytelling event!
A rather naughty elf has been playing havoc with the festive organisation at Christmas HQ, North Pole, and Mother Christmas needs to work quickly to fix his playful antics. Guided by her trusty magical cookbook, join Mother Christmas, her naughty elf and an appearance from Father Christmas himself in this delightful interactive storytelling performance which encourages lots of playful shouts and giggles from children of all ages.
The storytelling event at Penshurst Place is a new direction for the 14th century estate, moving away from the traditional grotto, this year they are proud to present their first panto-style storytelling events for groups of children to see and enjoy. Children may be accompanied by up to two paid-for parents or guardians, all tickets include a Christmas sweet for each child, crafts to make and take home, the opportunity to have your face painted and access to the Adventure Playground.
Performances begin half an hour after your chosen slot’s start time to allow everyone plenty of time to make their way from the visitor entrance and get seated. Performances last between 25 and 35 minutes, after which you are free to enjoy the crafts, face painting and playground.
Available slots for each day are 9.30am – 11.30am, 12.30pm – 2.30pm or 3.30pm – 5.30pm.
