We have just confirmed our summer event at GREEN SAND RIDGE DISTILERY on the 17th and 18th July.
We will be turning the amazing venue into a popup restaurant for 2 nights in July with 6 courses served by 3 fantastic chefs
Gin cocktail on arrival with snacks / 6 courses / beer and house white & red all included for the evening

Ben Sulston (TOFS Development chef)
Ben is the Development Chef
at TOFS and has been cooking for over 20 years around the world including
Brazil, Thailand and closer to home in Spain, Holland, France and all over the
During this time, Ben has evolved his style of cooking to focus on creating delicious dishes showcasing the best seasonal local produce.
Scott Goss (Head Chef Verdigris)
Scott was also awarded Kent Life’s Chef of the Year at its annual awards ceremony and the Head chef of Verdigris in Tonbridge, the à la carte menu, which Scott says is constantly evolving and appeals to a variety of palates, you’ll discover delicacies such as fresh oysters and 80-day-aged rib of beef alongside smoked aubergine risotto, crab and tomato brioche and breast and loin of lamb with artichoke and black olives
Julie Friend (MasterChef winner)
Julie's food has taken a winding journey since winning MasterChef back in 1997. Having taught cookery, run her own delis and catering business, been a private chef to TV stars and MP’s, and helped small food businesses set up – a real eclectic mix. Now she spends time on food writing (for Kent Life and Italia Magazine), product development, chef work and supper clubs.
