Shaftesbury Showcase May 2022 - Event School Places

Dear Principal,

Please see below details for the West End Live Event taking place on Sunday 29th May 2022 at Shaftesbury Theatre in London’s West End.

DATE: Sunday 29th May 2022

VENUE: Shaftesbury Theatre, London

STUDENT NUMBERS: Minimum 18 Maximum 20  

ARRIVAL TIME: 9.15am Act 1 or 12.15pm Act 2

PERFORMANCE:  7 minutes performance plus 1 minute introduction.

COSTS : £99.00 per student - which includes the event a t-shirt and a Digital stream  via Vimeo. Tickets for this Event are sold through box office at £5.00 per ticket (plus £2.05 booking cost and restotration fee)

You will receive an Event Sign-up Agreement and an Invoice for the reminder of the deposit  and once this is paid and returned your Event Pack will be issued containing further details.

On completion of this booking you are agreeing to take up a place for your school at this event. If you wish to withdraw at any point please refer to your Event Sign-Up Agreement and ensure you inform the Events Team of your decision.

All Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Total Deposit is £300 - minus £50 to book your place.

Event Pack

Once your deposit has been paid an Event Pack containing the information you will need to put together all elements of your Showcase will be sent to you via email. All we ask in return is that you meet the deadlines required. The deadlines are important to ensure our department can meet your expectations on the day of the Show.
