Rock out to talented Welsh melodic hard rock
Saturday, 1st April 2023
at 8:30pm
– Doors open at 7:00pm
The Vault Arts Centre
Monster riffs, huge choruses and old school rock n roll attitude is what you will get from Welsh hard rockers Beth Blade and The Beautiful Disasters. With aggressive muscle and melodic sensitivity this band are reigniting the flame of British classic rock.
The band have been a non-stop force to be reckoned with, building a strong pedigree touring with Marco Mendoza, The Electric Boys, and have supported old and new legends such as Kee Marcello, Y and T, Dan Reed and Danny Vaughan, Ricky Wariwck and Damon Johnson, Massive Wagons, Those Damn Crows, Tyketto, Graham Bonnett, The Treatment, Mason Hill and Collateral.
They are no strangers to festivals either having performed at Hard Rock Hell, Planet Rockstock, Monsterfest, and most notably with KISS on the globally renown Kiss Kruise in the US.
The band's three albums have received glowing reviews across the rock press and has resulted in international radio airplay including heavy rotation on major networks in the UK. Beth herself has sung backing vocals on the last two Thunder albums with the latter reaching Number 3 in the UK Top 40 album chart and Number 1 in the UK Rock Chart in March 2021.
The band is fiercely determined and has the grit to surpass their previous accomplishments through live performances and a passion for rock n roll that is unrivalled.
Here is a wee taste of what the guys can do.
Beth Blade and The Beautiful Disasters are supported by local TBA. The boys have already played The Vault under their previous name - The Crichtonites - supporting Attic Theory. They are a classic rock and metal cover band Each member of the band have been in previous bands heralding the length and breadth of the UK. It also sees the return of Scott and Rob playing together after the hiatus of the popular local band The Dynamite Kings.
TBA formed in September 2019 and were ready to take South West Scotland by storm but were scuppered in their tracks by the dreaded Corona Virus. Their influences stem from punk, stoner, thrash, NWOBM, blues and rock but had a change of personnel and change of name in 2022.
