Amsterdam to Tonbridge with Chef Justin Brown

Justin Brown trained at the 5 star Landmark London Hotel, and went on to work with people such as Jamie Oliver, Ronnie Wood and Michelin Starred Robert Clayton. 

After training and working in London Justin went over to Australia to work in Restaurant Amuse which was voted the Number 1 Restaurant in Western Australia and is the holder of 3 Hats.
Justin was voted Chef of the Year winner in 2009/2010 and 2011 in London and was also voted best newcomer in 2011, won 2 AA Rosettes and has released his own Cookbook, appeared on TV and Radio shows across the UK including Masterchef the Professionals and in 2015 he moved to Amsterdam to set up Verzet which host Pop Up Restaurants in various locations over The Netherlands.

 Verzet is fast becoming the most active and popular Pop Up concept in Amsterdam and you can now see them at Taste of Amsterdam and Festivals all over the country. 2016 will see Verzet open there first Amsterdam Restaurant, launch there own Craft Beer aswell as continuing to host fantastic dinners all over The Netherlands and Europe.
