1) All Tickets are non-refundable & non-transferable.

2) E-Tickets are UNIQUE TO EACH ATTENDEE & duplicate tickets will be refused.

3) You must be at least 18 years of age in order to gain entry to this event.

4) Valid photographic ID is required upon entry to verify your E-Ticket and age. Suitable forms of valid photographic ID include your passport, driver’s licence and any official photographic ID Photocopies are not acceptable.

5) Please adhere to door opening and closing times (tickets will not be valid prior to or after these times).

6) E-Tickets cannot be re-sold. Anyone found to be re-selling their ticket will have their tickets cancelled.

7) In the event of cancellation, only face value of the E-Ticket (not the booking fee and/or card charges) will be fully refunded.

8) The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission & the organisers accept no responsibility for lost/stolen/damaged E-Tickets.

9) Any person attempting to enter the event under the influence of drugs/ alcohol/ legal highs will be refused entry.

10) We reserve the right to conduct security searches from time to time, and to refuse admission to the ticket holder, or eject the ticket holder, from the Event and/or Venue should the holder refuse to comply with such security searches without a refund. We reserve the right to confiscate any item, which in our reasonable opinion may cause danger or disruption to any other persons at the Event or is one of the items not permitted in the Venue as listed on the Event website.

11) The organiser reserve the right to change the bill without prior notification.

5) Respete los horarios de apertura y cierre de puertas (los boletos no serán válidos antes o después de estos horarios).

6) Los boletos electrónicos no pueden ser revendidos. Cualquiera que se encuentre vendiendo su boleto tendrá sus boletos cancelados.

7) En caso de cancelación, sólo se reembolsará el valor nominal del e-ticket (no el cargo de reserva y/o el cargo por tarjeta).

8) Los organizadores se reservan el derecho de rechazar la entrada y los organizadores no aceptan ninguna responsabilidad por e-tickets perdidos / robados / dañados.

9) A cualquier persona que intente ingresar al evento bajo la influencia de drogas / alcohol / drogas legales se le negará la entrada.

10) Nos reservamos el derecho de realizar búsquedas de seguridad de vez en cuando, y de negarle la entrada al titular de la entrada, o expulsar al titular de la entrada, del evento y/o lugar si el titular se niega a cumplir con dichas búsquedas de seguridad sin un reembolso. Nos reservamos el derecho de confiscar cualquier artículo que, en nuestra opinión razonable, pueda causar peligro o interrupción a otras personas en el evento o es uno de los artículos no permitidos en el lugar tal como figura en el sitio web del evento.

11) El organizador se reserva el derecho de cambiar la factura sin notificación previa.
