Event description


We are please to be able to use the TOFS development kitchen on Quarry Hill road to showcase the talented chefs we have locally but you may not be aware of.

 Following the success of our guest chefs over the last few months, In March David Evans will be cooking a 4 course meal for his first Supper Club here in Tonbridge.

David has been cooking in professional kitchens for over 20 years and has a real passion for his craft. Like all good chefs seasonality and local ingredient form the core of his menu while drawing on the techniques and methods he has learnt over the years to create this beautiful menu:


Bread, oil and butter

Spring broth, braised pancetta and poached hens egg

Soused mackerel, beetroot slaw and sourdough crisp bread

Poached and roast poussin, butternut panhaggerty, stuffed leg and succotash

Vanilla crème brûlée rhubarb and spiced bread 

Coffee and truffles


 

The evening will will be BYO, we will provide glasses.
