All shows start on time and, unfortunately, latecomers may not be admitted.

Please be with us at least 15 minutes before your shows starts. If you think you will be later than this, please call us on 0131 225 5149 (or email boxoffice@monkeybarrelcomedy.com) so we don't place your tickets back on sale on the door as returns. 

Shows last 75 minutes, which will run straight through and have table service for drinks during the show.  Please be aware that due to the requirements to sanitise the venue between shows, the bar will be closed as soon as the show ends and customers will be asked to leave promptly to help us do this. Thank you for your understanding.

Refunds will only be issued with more than 72 hours notice.

If we suspect you are too intoxicated we reserve the right to refuse entry, without ticket refund.

If you're booked in for the 9pm show, please be aware that all customers are legally required to be out the venue before 10:30pm in current regulations.

Covid-19

All bookings must adhere to current government guidelines which as of 19th July 2021 stand at a maximum of 10 people from 4 households - this is in constant review and we are updating as soon as changes are made. Please be aware we that if we find any bookings above this number, we reserve the right to cancel in advance and anyone circumventing our group rules by booking with different names may be refused entry at the door on the night, with no refund given under any circumstances. 

A temperature check will be taken at the point of entry, and face masks should be worn at all times when moving within the venue (i.e. when going to the toilet).

Customers must sign in to the NHS track & trace system as soon as they are seated.

We are operating table service only to minimise the contact between our team and customers.

All attendees must abide by the health and safety guidance stipulated in the venue and provided by our team.  Refusal to do so will result in you being asked to leave, with no refund given.
